I am wrapping up the last week of my course on New Testament survey. My take away from the course in a realization of how much time we spend in the Gospels, compared to the letters. In the Gospel we find the good news--but in the letters we find our practical instruction on what our response to that good news should be. I would encourage you to read Romans, Galatians, 1 Corinthians, James, and Jude. Place yourself as the recipient of these letters and ask yourself what your response should be. It is great to be a follower of Christ, and the Apostle Paul sent you compassionate letters to help you find your way…Take the time to read, it’s how you’ll renew your mind.
